  1. I totally know how you feel! It is great when you get on the scale and lose weight even though you know you have not been very good, but it is hard because you think you can do it again the next week!
    I have the Weight Watchers cookbook and have loved making things out of it. I wonder though, if you guys can't boil water..you may struggle ; )
    I also make some of our same stuff, but substitute some of the ingredients for healthier ones. You know, better beef, low fat sour cream, brown rice/noodles. It makes a difference! Good luck next week. Keep it up!

  2. I love your picture icon for project hot Mom it is just such a cute, good picture of you.(Pretty much, more like project HOTTER mom) I have not been eating well etc. in fact I think that is what I am going to post about also, thank you for the inspiration.
