To run or not to run

  1. I wish I was there to run with you and I hope that you don't continue to loath it. Being distracted by good company that run with me and talk to me I have always found myself farther than I thought I could take myself. Running with others helps you have confidence to ...well run with others. I would say move into it slowly ....like at home on your treadmill and then find a running mate time to time as well.
    I also like to run alone outside and feel the freedom like I am leaving what is a stress in my life behind me. (cautious and in some day light of course) I do hope you find some enjoyment and honestly I don't love it all the time...sometimes it takes a lot to get me out that door but when I do, and when I get back home I am so very happy and content. Any who know that though cardio helps lose some weight, strength training is what helps the body shape all together so don't feel like you will have to always constantly run your guts out. All girls forget the strength training even me. Sorry so long...it was so long that I was embarrased and attached it here instead of keeping it on Bodies in Motion. I really should just e-mail you some of these times.
