  1. Seriously I think I may need to do the couch to 5k also, I have not ran in forever. And you make it sound fun. Definitely inches instead of weight, You will gain muscle from running that will take away inches and fat but put on weight in muscle. But don't worry you will still also see a difference in weight also when all is said and done. I am so excited and feel so motivated by you, I am sure you are motivating a lot of women. Cool Beans
