Here's some perspective from a regular reader over the past few months: The only thing you need is more confidence, not more interesting things to blog about. Your writing is creative, touching and insightful. Sure, you write about your baby, a big part of your life (although I could've lived without the boogers post and it may have single-handlely put me back on birth control), but I also read a lot about marriage and budgets, battling the bulge, loving your Mom and living. There's your topics. What else do you want to do? Write about politics? Keep it up.
